With our powder processing facility located in Houston, and a service center in Europe, we are close to our customers and able to service their needs better than anyone else in the business. We distinguish ourselves with our focus on understanding the products we supply and our ability to target our customer’s performance objectives with a blend to match their needs. Through our development center and metallurgical lab in Houston we are constantly characterizing raw materials and sourcing options, and developing new products to meet the ever-changing requirements of the energy and mining markets. Another unique DiaPac capability is utilizing powders from our Oilfield/Mining Drilling Bit recovery operations, which enables us to improve intrinsic value while still providing the best products available on the market today.
Material Recovery
DiaPac LLC was founded with a focus on the extraction and purification of diamond and tungsten/tungsten carbide products from numerous industrial sources. Chemical treatments and physical separation techniques were perfected over the years, allowing the company to build a solid customer base and expertise in working with these materials. This led to the eventual expansion into the recovery of products from used oilfield/mining drilling bits. DiaPac has developed unique capabilities in recovering all material elements from these tools including Tungsten Carbide Powders. DiaPac is uniquely positioned to optimize your return on these spent materials through our years of experience and our environmentally conscious processes.
Services
DiaPac LLC has developed considerable proficiency in servicing the energy markets with a variety of abrasive and abrasion resistant materials. Over the years our market offering has expanded to include services specifically tailored to meet the needs of our customers.
