Natural Diamond Stones
DiaPac™ Natural diamond stones are solid crystals and offer excellent strength and structural integrity. They are commonly used in surface set bits in the oil and gas exploration industry. These stones have typically been mechanically, thermally and/or chemically conditioned to give them a more uniform shape and toughness. They are available in a variety of shape, sizes and compositions to match the varied drilling conditions they will face.
Cube
A congo diamond, cube shaped with fair abrasion and impact resistance.
West African
This diamond is identified by its clarity and defined geometry, with good impact resistance and excellent abrasion resistance.
Congo Round
A round processed diamond with a smooth textured surface. Medium abrasion and good impact resistance.
Carbonado
A naturally occurring polycrystalline diamond, irregular in shape. Excellent impact resistance and good abrasion resistance.
Kicker (cast)
Irregular shaped stones that have less integrity than full whole stones. Fair abrasion resistance.
Reclaimed Processed
This material is reclaimed. Good impact resistance and Medium abrasion resistance.
